not really used to look for tunes on bandcamp. I usually just write down artist names i would like to know more about and just go lookie for them. Talkin' about basic searching, thats me !

It's true the search engine really sucks.... Maybe it's time to build some kind of bandcamp portal like back in the days?
Here's a few i visit:
http://semanticarecords.bandcamp.com/
http://prologuemusic.bandcamp.com/
http://ripperton.bandcamp.com/
http://truncate.bandcamp.com/
http://projectmooncircle.bandcamp.com/
http://furtherrecords.org/
http://timetoexpress.bandcamp.com/
http://duststoredigital.com/
http://perctrax.bandcamp.com/

I also heard there's some awesome stuff on plakrecords.bandcamp.com ;)
out on DEMENT3DXXX.

Orphx has a pretty awesome Bandcamp catalogue.

One of my fav discoveries in their catalogue:

Cue 3 2013 - Devil's Advocate.

Here's what I follow on there. Love using it but it isn't easy to find stuff with their search.
