I think both tracks have really good atmosphere.
On my side I prefer Mass which shows you have a great taste in techno/dub techno I feel a vibe reminding me of pfirter, exium or even attanasio. I think you've well-captured the essence of this type of sound design.

As bleupulp said track number two should have some fixing regarding the mix especially the main synth riff.
