Like the choice of kick. Boomy but not too boomy, well done. I wish the bassline would squelch a little bit more, so far it sounds to me like an acid track with the handbrake still on ;) I also find that the stab comes in a bit late. All in all I think you have a great base with a lot of potential but so far it carries a long a little bit, nothing really special. Hope that helps, cheerio

The bass rumbling is too loud and very wool-y and undefined. The mid part of the kick practically doesn't exist so it has no body and sounds a bit like melted plastic or something. Tray layering with the mid body of a 909 kick or something to give it some body. The hats and acid line need a bit more reverb, I think, they are a bit too upfront. It sounds weird because the kick feels very distant since it has no mid body.
