Book of Life EP

Post by Merah »

A culmination of over 2 1/2 years of dub explorations, made whilst travelling through south east Asia.
In this EP you can expect to hear lush reverbs, ambient synths, rainforest foley, temple bells and the warm waters of the gulf of Thailand.
Creativity is not a technique, it is a way of life.

Great stuff dude, reminds me a bit of BMT. Might actually suit their new (-ish, I guess they started it a couple years ago...) label, worth a shot sending it to them imo.

Yeah, figured you'd probably know them if you're into this sort of dnb, they've been around since 1997 or something.

Was just looking at their site, and the last release seems to be from more than a year ago though.... Well worth it to look up some of their albums, I think you'd like it :)

Yeah i am familiar with their work, just took a while to figure who you meant. Ive sent a link to my music so who knows. So far I've been getting responses back from labels saying their interested but not sure if my style suits theirs..

Thanks for your input.

Ah, that makes a bit more sense then. You could also try Celsius recs, might be a good fit and I think they're still around (and actually releasing stuff), but I'm a bit out of touch with what's happening in dnb atm.
