Fuckn 'ell Lads..

Went running for the 1st time tonight in a lonnnng time.. maybe 2-3 years.

Just did 45mins - running / walking - running / walking.

Missed it - but tell ya.. you feel awful fucking good & bad at the same time when you come home :mrgreen:

been doing the same recently. dancing like a twat for 8 hours used to be the only exercise i got and i havent done that for years now.

i quit smoking cigs a few months ago and been taking me dog out every day. the park i go to has exercise stations so i've doing a bit of that too, sit ups, pull ups, stuff like that. it's really good actually and always feels nice afterwards.

I used to do a bit.. but like everyone else, was out 3 or 4 nights a week at the height.

My athletes foot completed the look nicely. I blame having the wrong equipment to do the job - wouldnt have happened with Tap shoes :)

Yeah.. gonna try to do 30mins every evo. Funny.. was doing it tonight & felt like my throat was going hard. Not used to it lol

Already been back on the sit-ups / press-ups a week now.. and feeling good. Its a free buzz.

i used to have a routine that i did every other day at home.

10 mins on the bike
50 sit ups
50 press ups
50 weights
50 sit ups
50 press ups
50 weights
50 sit ups
50 press ups
50 weights
10 mins on the bike

did it for six months untill i went to ibiza then hurt my back and gave up lol

How did you pop your back James?

Nothing as sore man.. I pull my neck every couple of months when I'm rushing drying my hair.. gets locked for a day or so. Sounds dumb, but its as sore as fuck haha

Woke up this morn, little stiff, but I'm like that every morning ;)

Not too bad today.. & my 3yr old is copying me doing PU's.. Which is a great bonus. They're sponges so its wicked to get them doing positive stuff.

Because I was going on holiday I knew that I wouldn't being doing any exercise for a week so did a stupid amount before I went.

I was in a car accident when I was 14 and I had problems with my back until a few years ago. I go to a chiropractor every few months to keep on top of it. Now I hardly have any problems at all. I can sit at the computer now for hours without a problem :)

Been thinking about starting the exercise again now lol

How is the running coming on? As you know I run quite a lot. I started a few years ago like you, running as far as I can then walking then running. Now I am doing about 35 miles a week.

I would say that trying to go every night is ambitious, I think when you are starting 3 times a week is about right. When you can run all the way for 30 mins, make one a longer, slower run; one a sprint jog and one a progressive run.

haha - I'm actually going back doing it tonight mate. yeah.. 3 sounds good. I honestly feel bad leaving my son so close to his bedtime in the evenings. He loves to have a mess around & he doesnt get as much as he wants when I'm out.

Had a big weekend there a couple of weeks ago.. was wrecked.. then I got a flu & had lots of college work.. so I was too busy tbh.

Tonight or I'm a cnut :)

my dogs been on heat for the last 3 weeks so i have only been to the beach.

last time i went to the park an alsatian tried to rape her.

i'm still doing bits of exercise every day but not running as much at the moment.
