What helps you best against sleepless nights? I think I'll never have them anymore. This is the perfect "dope" to fall asleep in just minutes, my latest discovery on YT.

i’m such a basic. i just listen to white noise in my acousticsheep sleepphones (while different white noise plays on a speaker too) and have a valium if i need to
this is way better. i wish it went for more than 3 hours tho

i wish i could find a nice rain / storm sound to sleep to
