Federal Express, Snowstorms, Synthesizers, Starvation...

Post by nomadjames »

Just sitting here waiting on FedSex to drop of my Lyra-8...was supposed to get here Friday, got delayed by snow, was supposed to be here today by 1030 AM, that was three hours ago, I'm supposed to be in West Virginia, which is 5 hours away, the pipes burst so we have no water...

I'm afraid to leave and get lunch because I know that fucker will show up as soon as I round the corner...

Fucking snow.

You'll have to let us know what the Lyra is like to use. Looks very interesting.

Hope you get all of the other Shit sorted as well.

It’s all good homie, plumber just fixed the pipes. The woman is finally able to bathe. I’m headed to WV tomorow, and this LYRA is sweet. Built like a tank. Very lush sound. Very immediate. Going to be loads of fun to record and run through pedals. I just had about a 40 minute headphone session and got lost in it.

Thanks man!

Pap was an awesome dude. He passed a couple years ago at 92. Miss him all the time. Really was one of my best friend. Him and my dad an I spent a lot of time together over the last ten years of his life.

That was actually for his eulogy. Never went back and edited it up for proper reading.

I actually posted a reply to your words, but somehow I didn't see it showing up on your site.

Man, I get so much spam I can’t even check the messages to approve them. There’s been 1600 something spam messages since the last time I cleaned it. More than get anywhere on anything. Need to redesign that site.
