Looks a lot like Ableton. So, so did they all work at Ableton and leave to set up their own company? I wonder what the story is there.

All I want is a 64bit Ableton and I will be happy. I am just starting to be able to make stuff the way I want it, and the last thing I want to do is spend time learning something new - that is the reason I haven't bought the NI Maschine (although I might do soon).

As long as they haven't used any actual code from Live and Ableton don't have patents out on any of it, they will be safe from the lawyers.

For real? That just doesnt seem right.

The ex-ableton crew were obviously not working in the canteen - they have to be able to do something in terms of ethical business practice (cant think of the exact term now..).

But I suppose thats depending on whether or not they had something in their contract. Obviously they didnt.

Seems odd that Ableton could be so lax, given the possibility of people snaking into the offices & shooting off once they filled their bellies up with ideas.

Looks interesting. I doubt it will pull me away from Ableton (despite it being due an update *cough* Live 9 *cough*). If I ever switched DAWs it would be to Logic
