What causes this strange looking waveform?

Post by Barfunkel »

In the first 30 seconds you can clearly see that both the left and right channels are kinda strange looking, with the top of the audio looking different than the bottom. What causes this and should I be worried about it? I get it occasionally, never found out what it is.

I was thinking that, but at least running remove DC offset in Audacity didn't help at all.
