Can anyone shed light on how they process the vocal sample in this tune by Boddika & Joy Orbison - In Here:

Vocal has been pitched down, run through a chorus, maybe a bit of a vocoder, and a reverb with a short tail, high frequency dampening and lots of high rate of depth modulation on the decay of the verb.
Also sounds like the vowel sounds close, probably a low pass with a high resonance that moves down as long as the sample is played. Stuttering can be done in a couple of ways, LFO on the filter to run at whatever rate this is, or an Autopan with phase cancelling set at whatever rate this is. All in all it takes some experimentation to get this right, maybe the vocal is stretched, wouldn't know unless you try it.
