Change your Channel and Channelise options to "Omni" inside the usamo plugin. You need to select the MIDI channels via Ableton only. If you select a channel inside the plugin there's no way you'd be able to send message to multiple channels within Ableton.

I have USAMO here too with a 5 port thru box, works perfectly. I love that I hadn't had to invest such money on a clock (like i would with acme or e-rm) to get the same results: no jitter.
