analog delay
hello folks, anyone of you would recommend me a good analogue delay? I have 200 euros to invest in and really don't know what to buy.. there are so many colorful pedals out there... I was thinking of one of the Strymon or (no analogue) the Lexicon or the boss space echo....
thanks in advance.

Mind you I kept DJ'ing and everybody was happy, but I can't remember a single thing from those hours...

Re: Hangovers
well for me first rule with heavy drugs has always been not to mix with alcohol. and of course never get waisted as fuck or exagerate with heavy stuff. I like drugs but I am very responsible cause I care about my neurons and want to preserve some of them for when I'll be old, and I always always res...

Re: guitar stomp boxes
metal zone is perfect for metal guitars but I used it for punk also and it worked fine for me. when you turn highs and bass up and tweak down the middle freq it just sounds screamo as fuck. I use this same technique on basses and synth now... it depends what I need atm...I like it cause it just does...

Re: guitar stomp boxes
I normally insert the out signal of my mfb522 through a cheap valve pre amp from behringer (really cheap I think is the mic200 or similar). it helps me giving the disto sound without rely on plugins like d16 or similar plus it's fun to tweak. one other thing: I sometimes take the out signal of my sy...

Re: MC303 makes a fixed bssssss/noise
Thanks TD. I will check this Behringer thing out. as for the noise being a trademark I don't know ... I actually like the sound of electricity in music cause it gives some tactile feel to it...but the humm I get is pretty annoying.

MC303 makes a fixed bssssss/noise
hey ppl, hope you can help me. I am recording new stuff and I plugged the old dirty MC303. I like to record the arps via midi into the seq but I also like to record it live tweaking the filters and using its own sounds (they are not bad after all... at least some sounds are good to me) but the probl...

watched the video and really liked it. now I feel ready to stand up in any discussion thanks Steve.
I didn't know analog and digit at the end produced the same wave.
I quote Mattias and Barfunkel, to me it's always been "use what you like and what it's easy for you."

Re: Track delay in ableton
I remember a Tutorial Video for Future Music by D Ramirez and he explained how 3ms of track delay on the hat channel could add some groove (I don't know what's the english for it but imagine a drummer playing a little leaning back...) it does make sense to me and honestly I used it sometimes when I ...

I don't like Four Tet, too cheesy and hyped but I like Burial a lot, I read about the fourtet/burial thing but cannot believe and don't care. it's strange how that could be true cause the two artist really sound different in sounds and attitude.... mmm anyway who cares!
