I think the DFAM sounds really good from all the videos i saw and i saw a lot of them, but the price made me start to build a little modular system, much cheaper and probably ill be more flexible in the end, now im really afraid of the eurocrack addiction...

When you have overdrive on your kick like that, you need to make some space for the harmonics in your mix so it can cut through. Thanks Dubdub and Aurongroove i think youre both right, i recorded this one using headphones, have i got into that headphone verb trap? Damn! I dont have a multitrack of this to tame the verb thing but maybe i can try to fix this treating the low end a little, maybe with a multi-band compressor? heh...
